Welcome to FBPmarket. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and marketplace. By using FBPmarket, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Platform
– You must be at least 18 years old to use or make purchases on FBPmarket.
– All information provided during registration or checkout must be accurate and up to date.
– You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent activity.

2. Delivery Policy
– FBPmarket currently offers same-day delivery for all confirmed orders within Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.
– Orders placed before 5PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
– Delivery outside Ijebu Ode is currently not available.

3. Payment & Installment Terms
– Customers can pay in full or use our installment plan (maximum 2 months).
– Once you begin installment payments for a product, the price will remain fixed, regardless of future changes.
– Installments must be paid on time; failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of reservation.
– FBPmarket reserves the right to determine eligibility for installment options.

4. Savings Plan
– Customers may choose to save with FBPmarket toward the purchase of a product.
– Savings are non-withdrawable and can only be used toward products sold on the platform.
– If a customer cancels their savings plan, a service fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the total saved amount.

5. Returns and Refunds
– Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
– Items must be in original packaging and unused.
– Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 1-2 business days.

6. Privacy & Data
– We respect your privacy. Your data is stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties except for order processing or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
FBPmarket is not liable for:
– Delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our control.
– Losses caused by vendor products or services.
– Customer misuse or mishandling of purchased items.

8. Changes to Terms
FBPmarket may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
