1.  Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver only within Ijebu Ode and surrounding areas.

If you are outside this location, we may not be able to process your order at this time.

 

2.  Delivery Time

- Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered within 2hours same day

- Orders placed after 5:00 PM may be delivered next day, depending on item type and delivery load

 

We’ll always communicate the expected delivery time with you after order confirmation.

 

3.  Delivery Fees

Delivery charges may apply based on your exact location and size/weight of the item.

You’ll see any delivery fee clearly before checkout.

We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time.

 

4.  Delivery Method

All deliveries are handled by our in-house delivery team or verified logistics partners to ensure:

 

- Safe handling of your items

- On-time delivery

- Real-time communication if needed

 

5.  Missed Deliveries

If we arrived and you’re unavailable:

 

We’ll contact you by phone or WhatsApp to reschedule

 

After 2 failed delivery attempts, you may be required to pay an additional delivery fee

 

6.  Order Pickup (Optional)

We may allow pickup from our local office or warehouse upon request. Contact us after placing your order to arrange a pickup time.

 

7.  No Nationwide Delivery (for now)

To maintain speed and service quality, we do not offer delivery outside Ijebu Ode at the moment.

However, we are working to expand this in the future.
