Welcome to the FBPmarket Enterprise Partner Program.

The FBPmarket Enterprise Partner Program is designed to provide individuals with opportunities to develop entrepreneurship, leadership, customer service, and digital commerce skills while earning performance-based rewards through value creation and customer engagement.

Enterprise Partners are independent participants who collaborate with FBPmarket to promote quality products, create opportunities within their communities, and contribute to the growth of the FBPmarket ecosystem.

  1. Eligibility

To participate as an Enterprise Partner:

- Participants must be at least 18 years old.

- Participants must provide accurate personal information.

- Participants must maintain good character and conduct themselves professionally.

- Participants must uphold the values and reputation of FBPmarket.

  1. Partner Earnings & Performance Rewards

Standard Partner Earnings

Enterprise Partners shall earn 2% Partner Earnings on all Qualified Sales generated through their referral link, code, or registered Enterprise Partner account.

Definition of Qualified Sale

A Qualified Sale is a transaction that:

- Has been successfully paid for or approved under an authorized FBPmarket payment plan.

- Has been successfully delivered to the customer or picked up by the customer.

- Has not been cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent.

- Has successfully passed any applicable verification or return review period determined by FBPmarket.

Partner Earnings are calculated only on Qualified Sales.

The following transactions shall not qualify for Partner Earnings:

- Cancelled orders.

- Refunded orders.

- Returned products.

- Failed deliveries.

- Fraudulent transactions.

- Self-generated/fake transactions created solely for the purpose of earning commissions.

- Any transaction determined by FBPmarket to violate program guidelines.

Where commissions have already been paid on transactions that later become refunded, returned, reversed, or fraudulent, FBPmarket reserves the right to deduct such amounts from future Partner Earnings.

Performance Milestone Rewards

To encourage consistency, growth, and excellence, Enterprise Partners shall qualify for the following monthly performance rewards:

Monthly Qualified Sales | Additional Reward

Below ₦500,000 | No Additional Reward

₦500,000 – ₦999,999 | ₦10,000 Bonus

₦1,000,000 – ₦1,499,999 | ₦15,000 Bonus

₦1,500,000 and Above | ₦20,000 Bonus

Performance rewards are paid in addition to the standard 2% Partner Earnings.

  1. Enterprise Achievement Rewards

FBPmarket recognizes and celebrates exceptional performance.

Enterprise Partners who achieve cumulative Qualified Sales milestones may be eligible for special recognition and achievement rewards.

Current Achievement Reward:

- ₦5,000,000 cumulative Qualified Sales: Android Smartphone Reward valued at approximately ₦120,000.

Conditions:

- The milestone must be achieved through Qualified Sales only.

- Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed, reversed, or fraudulent shall not count toward the milestone.

- FBPmarket reserves the right to determine the smartphone model or cash equivalent where applicable.

- Achievement rewards may be reviewed, upgraded, modified, or expanded by FBPmarket as the program evolves.

  1. Payment Schedule

- Partner Earnings and bonuses shall be calculated monthly.

- Payments shall be processed on or before the 10th day of the following month.

- FBPmarket reserves the right to verify all transactions before payment.

- FBPmarket reserves the right to delay payment while investigating suspicious, disputed, or potentially fraudulent transactions.

  1. Enterprise Partner Responsibilities

Enterprise Partners are expected to:

- Promote FBPmarket products and services professionally.

- Connect customers to official FBPmarket channels.

- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

- Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times.

- Contribute positively to their communities and networks.

- Uphold the reputation and values of FBPmarket.

  1. Prohibited Activities

Enterprise Partners shall not:

- Collect customer payments into personal accounts.

- Misrepresent products, prices, specifications, promotions, or delivery timelines.

- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

- Use the FBPmarket brand without authorization.

- Make promises not approved by FBPmarket.

- Manipulate transactions to earn commissions or rewards.

- Create fake accounts, fake referrals, or artificial transactions.

Violation may result in suspension, forfeiture of earnings, or termination from the program.

  1. Active Participation

The Enterprise Partner Program is designed for active participants.

Partners who remain inactive for an extended period or fail to demonstrate meaningful participation may be suspended or removed from the program at the discretion of FBPmarket.

  1. Leadership Development Pathway

Outstanding Enterprise Partners may be considered for additional opportunities including:

- Campus Ambassador

- Community Ambassador

- Senior Enterprise Partner

- Area Supervisor

- Regional Coordinator

Leadership opportunities are based on commitment, integrity, contribution, performance, and leadership potential.

Selected leaders may enjoy additional incentives, recognition, mentoring opportunities, and exclusive rewards.

Enterprise Partners may participate in:

- Entrepreneurship Workshops

- Leadership Development Sessions

- Digital Commerce Training

- Customer Service Training

- Mentorship Programs

- Community Impact Projects

These opportunities are designed to help participants grow personally, professionally, and financially.

  1. Termination

Either party may discontinue participation at any time.

FBPmarket reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Enterprise Partner who violates these guidelines or engages in conduct detrimental to the FBPmarket community.

  1. Acceptance

By participating in the FBPmarket Enterprise Partner Program, the participant confirms acceptance of these Guidelines and agrees to operate in accordance with the values and objectives of FBPmarket.
