RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At FBPmarket, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we are here to help.
 
1. Items Eligible for Return
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product does not match the description
 
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, installed, or tampered with
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Personal items like headphones, underwear, hygiene products, etc. (for health reasons)
- "Change of mind" after successful delivery
 
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving the item
2. Share your order number, a brief explanation, and photos/videos of the item (if damaged)
3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
 
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days through bank transfer.
 
5. Exchange Option
If you prefer, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund — especially for damaged or wrong items — based on availability.
 
6. Vendor Products
Items sold by third-party vendors are also covered under this policy, but returns may require extra time for verification. We will do our best to resolve such cases quickly and fairly.
